Each medicine shows its pack size and price per box, strip or tablet, so loose sales are priced right and stock stays exact. The shelf location sits as a quiet tag in the corner, and can be hidden. Who is JadeedPOS for?
Supermarkets and shops, cafés and quick service restaurants, full-service restaurants, and pharmacies. It fits groups that run more than one of these, because each company keeps its own type, products and settings on the same system.
What hardware do we need?
A PC, tablet or touch screen with a modern browser, a barcode scanner that types into the screen like a keyboard, and a receipt printer that prints from the browser. Scales that print barcode labels work with the scale barcode setting.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The till keeps selling. Products are kept on the device, and sales made offline are saved there and sent to the server as soon as the connection is back.
Do we need JadeedERP?
No. JadeedPOS works on its own. With JadeedERP, it uses the same database, so account customers, staff and tax come from the ERP and sales are there for finance straight away.
How does the pharmacy handle batches and expiry?
In the back office. Batches and expiry dates are recorded when stock is received. The till sells from stock that is in date, first expiry first, without asking the cashier for a batch. Managers see what expires soon and can trace a batch for a recall.
Can we run several companies and branches?
Yes. Each company has its own products, prices, promotions, customers and settings, and each till belongs to a branch. Users see only the companies they are allowed to.
Is it available in Arabic?
JadeedPOS is in English today, and product names can be in any language. Arabic screens and receipts are on the roadmap.
